Pebble Beach
Pebble Beach ran world-class amenities on a patchwork of reservation systems, none of which talked to their access management. R2 extended their existing access platform to ingest, unify, and act on reservation data from every venue—so a member's spa booking, dinner, tee time, and gate entry finally live on one record.
Highlights
Unified six siloed reservation systems and access management onto one platform, with in-platform payments via Shift4.
Problem
Goal
Spa, dining, golf, campus, and membership each ran on its own system and none talked to the gate—leaving reservation data siloed, the same member duplicated across six systems, and payments handled in yet another tool.
Solution
How we solved it
Extended the existing access platform: modeled reservations, venues, and folios into the schema with reversible migrations, exposed them through the same GraphQL API, and built a configurable ETL layer with connectors for all six sources. Payments moved in-platform via Shift4, and staff got bulk-import, ad-hoc sync, and community-space admin tools.
